The Goal
The primary goal is to simplify the event planning process for individuals and businesses by offering a one-stop platform for all their event management needs.
Project Goals
- The website should facilitate clear communication between users and the event planning team
- The website should offer personalized options that allow users to customize their event planning experience based on their unique preferences, budget constraints, and specific requirements.
- Monasabah’s website should be optimized for various devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless experience whether users access the site from a desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone.
- Monasabah should incorporate a feedback mechanism that allows users to provide input on their experience with the website and the event planning process
- Monasabah should prioritize trust and security by implementing robust data protection measures, transparent policies, and secure payment processing systems to safeguard users’ personal information and financial transactions.

Sketches & Wireframes
I started sketching low-fidelity wireframes with pencil and paper. I moved on to Figma for my mid-fidelity wireframes. Throughout the different fidelity stages, continuous iterations were made to improve the app’s functionality and UX.

Testing and Learning
Though I was more drawn to creating wireframes and prototypes, I found that the most important part of the process was testing. For example, usability testing was crucial in finding errors and seeing things from a different perspective.
